The letters are made out of orange and green colored plastic, with the P being green and the two C's orange. The resulting logo is mounted on a white piece of plastic and displayed in a black shadowbox type frame.

Polk Community College is written in black just below the large PCC initials, which are underlined in green. The car plate was originally white, but has become yellowed. There are four holes in the car plate, designed to allow it to be screwed onto a vehicle. A thin black border surrounds entirety of the plate, equal distance between the holes and the edge.
